It was close to Tokyo University where I had scheduled meetings and close to the subway stop.
As described it several other reviews I read, the included breakfast was very basic.

There is free avalaible WiFi Internet with good speed, the price was ok for the money i paid, the breakfast was so poor, just 3 rolls and 1 kind of juice which is orange, and you can choose tea and coffee as much as you want.The room was small, but I didn't surprised, because most of the japanese hotels are small, cause they have a big population and not many territority. but it's still nice bussines hotel and it's has got many electronis even in the toilet. well my note is 4/5 to this hotel. Located nearly 300-400 metres from subway which is not so far,
The breakfast was so poor as I said before,the room was small, if the price is a little lower it's nice hotel to stay. but I still recommend to people stay here.

As like other Japanese Hotel, room is fairly small and only one pillow is given.

Cleanliness and the value for money.
Location is a bit away from train station. However, there are 3 stations at equal distance.

staff was really nice and the hotel is located on the very heart of the city. room are quite tiny, as usual in tokyo, but i really recommend this place.
